Welcome to The Sauce Guys Company. Around here, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean The Sauce Guys Company. We run this store and website, including all the content, features, tools, and products that make up your shopping experience (the “Services”).

We run on Shopify — they power the back-end, but we run the show. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you, when you use our Services.

By hitting our site, browsing, or buying, you’re agreeing to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. Don’t like it? Don’t use the Services. Simple.

1. Access and Account

  • You need to be the legal age of majority where you live to use our Services.

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account info legit and up to date.

  • We do our best to show you what our sauces look like, but screens can lie. Colors, textures, or details may not be exact.

  • Bottom line: we make sauces with real ingredients, but we don’t promise they’ll match your imagination.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer. We accept it once payment is processed and we confirm it.

  • We can decline or cancel orders at our discretion. If that happens, we’ll do our best to let you know.

  • Purchases are for personal use only — no reselling, no flipping, no funny business.

  • Returns or exchanges? That’s all handled under our [Refund Policy].

4. Prices and Billing

  • Prices, promos, and discounts can change without warning.

  • Prices at checkout are the ones that count. Taxes, shipping, and handling are on top unless otherwise stated.

  • Our brand, logos, text, images, and product designs belong to us. Don’t steal, copy, or use them without written permission.

  • Shopify and third-party names/logos are their trademarks — respect them too.

  • We may offer third-party tools or features “as is.” Use them at your own risk. We don’t control them, and we’re not liable if they break or mess with your experience.

  • Our site may link to third-party content or stores. If you go there, you’re on your own. We’re not responsible for what happens off our site.

9. Relationship with Shopify

  • Shopify powers our store, but every purchase is between you and us.

  • If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t blame Shopify. Your beef is with us.

We make damn good sauce, but we don’t make guarantees. The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Use them at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for lost profits, lost savings, data loss, or any damages from using our Services or products. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product.

17. Indemnification

If your use of our Services causes us legal trouble, you agree to cover our costs (including lawyers).

18. Severability

If one part of these Terms isn’t enforceable, the rest still stands.

19. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Not enforcing a part of these Terms doesn’t mean we waive our rights later. These Terms are the full agreement between us and you.

You can’t transfer these Terms to anyone else without our written approval. We can assign our rights whenever we need to.
